I'm taking some inspiration from my new favourite online shop the Candystore Collective. Cuteness overload. I'm all about big prints this summer and love natural semi-precious stone necklaces. I'm on the hunt (in my mom's jewelry box) for a rough cut amythst pendant on a long gold chain. Although online shopping is SO out of my budget for a little while (my husband is getting his wisdom teeth pulled and the cost of the operation — with insurance coverage — is still astronomical), I am taking cues from my favourite online stores and trying to mimic those styles where I live by thrifting and donations from family and friends. I'm on a budget this summer but am so far am enjoying the thrill of the hunt.
